1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the EasySteamFarm service (the "Service"), you fully accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the service

The Service provides automation tools for collecting Steam trading cards (idling games you own) and related features: Steam Guard handling, transferring items between your own accounts, statistics, and notifications.

3. Your account and your responsibilities

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You add to the Service only Steam accounts that belong to you.
• You understand that using any automation tool is at your own risk with respect to Steam's (Valve's) terms. EasySteamFarm uses only the official mechanisms for connecting to the Steam network and does not modify games or processes.
• Using the Service for illegal activities, fraud, or unauthorized access to third-party accounts is prohibited.

4. Trial period and subscriptions

• New accounts receive a free 12-hour trial with 1 bot, with no obligations.
• Paid plans (Starter, Growth, Scale) are billed monthly, in advance.
• Bot limits per plan are: Starter — 1, Growth — 2, Scale — 5.
• Paid access remains active until the end of the paid period.

5. Payments and refunds

• Payments are processed by PayPal and Coinbase Commerce; we do not store card data.
• You may request a refund within 7 days of your first purchase if the Service did not work as described. Refunds for crypto payments are made within the technical limits of the processor.

6. Availability and limitation of liability

• The Service is provided "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.
• We are not responsible for actions taken by Valve/Steam against your accounts, for the loss of virtual items, or for interruptions caused by third parties.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.

7. Account suspension

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, abuse the infrastructure, or attempt to compromise the security of the Service or of other users.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; important changes will be announced in the dashboard. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
